What are the steps?

(For Unroot Users)

1. Enable Google Play Store & Play Services.
2. Download The Zip file
3. Download Link >>> Click here
4. Extract the .zip file.
5. Install Fifa 14 from Play store (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ea.game.fifa14_row&hl=en) {if installed before then its ok...}
6. Play the game. (Check whether it runs or not)
7. Move the DATA file to sd card\Android\com.ea.game.fifa14_row (The file must be their if you have installed the game from play store.) This is the Data folder of Fifa 14 game.
8. Go to the folder where you extracted the zip file and Delete the file named "devicespecs.log".
9. Now select all the files from the extracted folder (after you delete "devicespecs.log") and move the selected files to the "com.ea.game.fifa14_row" folder.
10. Now, in "com.ea.game.fifa14_row" folder You will find two folders named "Profile" and "Profile(0)". Now Delete the "Profile" file and rename the "Profile(0)" file to "Profile". Here are the screenshots for easier understanding: Click here to download 
11. If there are other files in which (0) exists, rename the file by removing (0) from the file name.
12. If your renaming is completed, your Fifa 14 has Unlocked completely. 
13. If the Fifa 14 has not unlocked yet, turn on your wifi> Start the game> Click 'Play'> Kick off> Click on "Check Fir Existing Purchase". You are Done. Your game will be Unlocked.
14. Enjoy.

(For Root Users)

1. Enable Google Play Store & Play Services.
2. Download Freedom apk>>> Click here to download
3. Purchase a 3G internet pack and turn on the data connection.
4. Open Freedom app and click on Fifa 14.
5. Then Start the game> Click 'Play'> Kick off> Click on "Check Fir Existing Purchase". You are Done. Your game will be Unlocked.
6. If it doesnt work, follow the Unroot User Process... It will work. (By downloading the Data file nd renaming the following files.)
7. Enjoy.
